Our encounter using the business continues to be terrible. Our mom was kind enough to-order a custom glider/modification from KooKoo Bear children on March 29th. At that time of the order-we were informed 10 to 12 months for shipping, which provides us to June 21st.in-May I followed-up about the Small Fortress seat purchase with KooKoo Bear and had an extremely challenging period understanding the position. After I ultimately obtained a call-back from someone (after being guaranteed 3 differing times), I then found out there is a wait within the material I'd selected. They apologized.
