Lies & warranty not honored

I puchaced a reclining sofa, the joints separating one back support into three components arrived and appears like one large careless cushion. I have 2 weeks left on guarantee, support individual arrived to check on and fix it. He stated couldn't be fixed and never regular use and tear. The shop may I would like to understand whenever a new couch is likely to be delivered out. 2 months no-call. I called back oh our supervisors stated it isn't covered. I requested for supervisor to contact me but never obtained a call-back. WOn't get from there again or may my loved ones (and child we used-to) and that I wish you examine this and store elsewhere! I want I'd have examined below. Also filed complaint using the BBB.
