Customer Service Scam

I bought and compensated entirely to get a dining area collection on March 12. I had been informed that "corporate" informed them to inform me four weeks for shipping but that it had been certain to reach in under 2. They let you know this after transaction. I named numerous occasions to confirm standing... All of the occasions the point was hectic or there is excessively to fifteen minutes to hold back. Lastly after I got somebody they explained they didn't possess a standing. I called again today 30 days and one day after shipping was guaranteed. I had been informed they could not tell me standing for the reason that they believed the "men within the dlievery space were heading home". I requested to talk to a boss, they explained no for the reason that he'd inform me the same. I insisted on the boss. I eventually achieved one which was toally inefficient. They explained they might provide the furniture May 19 in a-3 time screen... However they couldnt tell me the window until Friday. I told them-they didn't create the week of April 12 shipping. The superviso subsequently explained the week of the 12th was once they might contact, NOT once they might provide. I expected for that administrators title along with a quantity to call-back. She stated, simply contact the amount you named before... I'd been redirected three times. I asked for my cash back. No, not before furniture is thirty days after dark shipping day. There must be anything done about that kind of dishonest business methods. The boss explained to see the agreement... Stated there have been lots of "outs" for Ashley so that they didn't need to provide cash back. Buyer Beware!!!
