Poor Customer Service

On 2/10, I paid $210 to get a dinette collection. I told the dog owner (Paul) that I'd get the desk around 2/28 (my transfer-in day). He seldom actually answered his telephone. He decided to provide equally 3/6 and 3/9 and was a no-show without calling. I named a # which was outlined on the site & quit a note after fundamentally talking t/him & he was rude. A guy called Henry additionally (from California) delivered my phone Thursday, 3/10. He talked with Paul in Greenville and stated that he'd decided to provide it exactly the same time. I called around 5 & requested him if he'd the right address w/d after I bought the desk, I didn’t have my current target. I gave him the best 1 & he explained he might be there before 7 P.M. While 7:15 P.M. Arrived, I named to see him that I needed a reimbursement, since it was too late to possess furniture shipped. He explained, “we contain it packed, we’re on our way”. I stated, “no, I simply need a refund”. He explained, “at first you said you'd choose it-up and today it’s an issue. You gave me the incorrect address”. I stated, “ I'd have, however, you never answer your phone”. He explained, “ I function seven days per week, the only real moment I didn’t reply my cellphone was Tuesday”. I stated, “ I never called you Tuesday”. Paul: “Yes you did”. I then stated I don’t wish to claim, and that I simply need my money”. He explained, “are you confident you would like your cash back w/d last moment you said it & then you definitely needed us to deliver”. Me: “Yes, I decided to have it shipped since Paul, from California, stated that he'd attempt to cause watts/you & obtain the shipping free of charge because you have been so rude”. That's when he mentioned, “you would like to obtain a free shipping. I don’t wish to provide for you since you’re rude”. He rambled, & after I might attempt to obtain a term in, he'd state “blah, blah, blah, blah”. All I really could state was, “you require prayer”. He then finished the phone call by stating, “F*CK YOU, & F*CK OFF”. I'm shocked at his bad customer support. He was really childish & ignorant. He explained it'd occupy to 14 business days to come back my cash, & I'll be patiently waiting.
