I bought a Uastro Shiatsu Massage Chair by OSIM from Brookstone like a Holiday present for my mom December. I settled over $3,000.00 for seat and 24 months warranty. This seat is meant to complete everything... Lie to zero-gravity and provide a number of different types of full-body massages. The seat was shipped and put up with a Brookstone. 2 nights later the best supply of the seat stops functioning. It requires more than 2 months of speaking with Brookstone many times per week to obtain anyone to come and restore the seat. The seat works good until 2/17 after which stops functioning totally. Again, we contact Brookstone and statement the seat won't do something. It's today 3/07, and also the seat hasn't been set! We contact Brookstone everyday and therefore are informed the work-order for fix hasbeen authorized and somebody will-call us to plan the fix within 2 times. Upon waiting the two times and never getting any calls, we contact Brookstone and therefore are informed the same. It has been happening for nearly a whole month! And that I was foolish enough to actually buy the warranty! Brookstone will not substitute the shiatsu massage chair declaring that they can do the repair... We keep waiting and nothing happens. We've gotten frustrated to the stage we informed them in the future and obtain the bit of crap and return our cash... Brookstone declines. This can be a $3,000.00 shiatsu massage chair which was obtained at the start of January... Worked 2 days... Broke for just two days... Fixed and worked for just two to 3 months... Broke again and been damaged to get a month! Never, never, never conduct business with this specific organization!
