Horrible Customer service

I often go to the Springfield Ohio Target store because I enjoy the store and the items that they sell. But I have had an overwhelming ammount of horrible customer service. The employees never know what they are talking about and I was scolded for bouncing a ball in the toy isle. If they want me to continue to shop there they are going to have to change there ways NOW!
