Loud Walkie Talkies, Really Target?

So, we shop at a local Target often because in our town we don't have a lot of options. Target clearly spends a lot of money on great add campaigns and celebrity endorsements. Maybe they could invest a little in the overall shopping experience. Maybe it's just me but every time I go into Target all I can hear is the forty or so employees walking around with their Walkie Talkies blasting, "Can I get a Price Check", "Hey Team today we're all going to do great and sell lots" It's so annoying that once it starts I grab what I came in for an beat feet to the door! I don't linger and buy stuff I don't need, that can't be good for Target.

Maybe they can learn something from their competitors, like Nordstroms, it's calm, soothing and enjoyable environment. I could hang out there all day.

I hope someone at Target is listening, our local Ace Store has walkie talkies for their employees but they wear little headsets so you can't hear them. I'm sure Target could get a good deal on them, it sure would be nice! I guarantee you nobody but Target employees want to hear what they're talking about!
