I requested and lately obtained a couch love-seat from Cymax Shops. The love-seat was faulty that we discovered soon after shipping. The deliverymen had previously quit.

One aspect of the love-seat would not lock-down after reclining I instantly named Cymax and talked to some consultant. She recommended me the faulty love-seat could be acquired along with a fresh one sent to me.

About 14 days later, I obtained a sizable, hefty bundle from Catnapper (producer). The packing slip stated it had been the physical system for that couch.

I approached the expert again (ReneeL) and requested her when somebody was arriving by to repair the couch and refused she'd actually explained I'd get a new couch after I asked her about this. She stated I ought to contact a handyman to place it together because I'm stating I can not get it done myself!

Oh, and that I would need to purchase the handyman myself.

I approached them again today. I talked with (Nathanial). Renee was also busy to consult with me. I told him to get the couch and also the large bundle and return my income.

He explained a return expert might contact me within 24 hours. Another run-around, I am sure. It has been happening for over per month.

This Can Be A sleazy business. I'm contemplating a charge-back and placing the merchandize in my own storage awaiting them.
