Leather Love Seat and Sofa

And so I chose to obtain a "leather" love-seat and couch from Bobs... Once they delivered the furniture they did not described or gauge the gates to determine when they would match... Would Not you suppose they would have significantly more understanding when it comes to assisting you out with dimensions. Or atleast recommend IF IT"S FEASIBLE

Ohhh no-no number they wedged the love-seat and couch although a 32" doorway once the furniture is 35". They ripped areas of the leather, smashed the rear part of the love-seat "body". AND cracked my entrance...

I called to determine if your "Technology" might come and find out whether it's feasible to repair and never deliver them back... I simply stated heck withit... And desired to discover when they had another thing. Nothing I needed might match through my doorway, all dimensions are too large. I simply need my cash back……

Wouldn’t you suppose they might attempt to assist you to discover anything comparable or something which might match? NO, they didn’t treatment, I thought because instances are difficult today they'd attempt to support me with something… NO no-interest.

I said…”I need my cash and that I don't wish to cope with this BAD service…… did they care... NO

Greatest part! They didn’t return anything I taken care of the Love-Seat and Sofa…. They stated that they'd cost me for that shipping because it wasn't a production harm??? WHAT!!! …. THEY RUINED IT ONCE THEY WEDGED WITHIN THE DOOR……

So my issue … how do you get my cash for shipping back?

I've images to show they ripped it before returning it!
