Unfornturnately, we bought a bed at The Brick, Missisauga. The representative named Preet never told us that the bed was broken. We bought that bed alongwith expensive mattress. When we tired to assemble the at bed home it turned out it was badly broken. When we tried to return it turned out it was a final sale.

Funny things is that when we talked about the bed with another representative, he referred to the same bed saying 'Oh, that broken bed'. Which shows that it was a known issue that the bed was broken. Question is that if it was a final sale they should not have displayed the product in a way hiding its defects. You don't expect such cheap tricks from a prestigous store. When I returned the product I asked for free delivery for another bed which I needed to buy becuase the new mattress without bed was useless. The sales manager Mandeer not only refused but also showed lot of attitude. I am an extremely unhappy customer and want to warn customers beware about there stuff on sale and after customer service.
