Z Gallerie has a few of the toughest customer support I've actually experienced in a store. With having said that, I would like to be obvious. I'm much less talking about the employees within the shop. These were atleast good and attempted to assist (though I actually do experience they misrepresented issues). Nevertheless, when calling customer support to go over my problem, I had been basically informed "tough-luck - there's nothing we are able to do." In most discussion I'd, it was obvious they mightnot care less easily actually purchased one more thing as of this store (I won't!).

Main point here - I purchased a couch on the internet site (they did not have one available) - invested $2,500 for "down cushions" and basically got hard, foam cushions. I really could have gotten that for $1,000 elsewhere but I settled more since I thought I had been obtaining a high quality item. Not the case.include insult to damage - they handle their clients like garbage.

Just purchase knowing without a doubt you will not have any problems. Should you choose - they're prone to let you know the things they explained - "sorry, nothing we are able to do."
