Extremely poor quality furniture ripoff

I purchased a leather sectional "Jack" sofa valued at approximately $2,500 from Z Gallerie in early part of 2005. Within a few months I called Z Gallerie to complain the sofa was literally falling apart; losing it's shape and looking very bad. The customer service rep asked they could send a repair man to fix the sofa; I agreed. After the repair man tried to fix the issue without success, Z Gallerie asked what they could do? Replace the sofa I stated.

Eight weeks later they delivered "half" of the sectional. I called their customer service to inquire about the other "half" and they stated it was never ordered. The young lady in the customer service stated she would call me to give the status of the other half... 12 months later I am still waiting.

This is the long version, but the reason for the "complaint" is to A) Warn others of the Customer Service at Z Gallerie, and B) to warn others of the extemely poor quality of the furniture. I have spent more time and energy on this couch and this is a cleansing of sorts. I literally give up. This sofa, all $2500 of it is hands down the worst purchase I ever made. From a company I will never go back to.
