Never buy from cymax! Obtained a power fire from CYMAX, arrived broken, lost items and incorrect design (but we could not tell from unopened large container sent only n road within the ideal - just how to start and examine it such problems?). We named customer support, they reply back-very nicely... However they achieve nothing and blame it about the producer. E-mail upon mail, no outcomes (they actually state my hearth does not have a glass door - but I'm taking a look at the doorway, lacking two handles!). 8 weeks later, no aid with no telephone call, you want to speak live (view a number of you had been effective - we weren't to date). Who understands the outcome, I simply delivered a notice towards the Leader in Vancouver, although not keeping our breathing. Awful organization, spend more and purchase from the local shop.
