Taking money without permission from checking account monthy no way to stop this internet

When going through my checking account statment i noticed a charge that i didn't recongnize. I called the number listed on my statment and they gave me back my money.

I again this month going over my statment and noticed the same thing. Again i called the number but, this time i got an non-working number.

I have no way of stopping this.
