Positioned on purchase to get a futon on March 14th, obtained an e ail verification the next day. Never got a delivery verification and so I named Humble Home about the 23rd simply to discover the product I requested was on BACK-ORDER. I particularly requested the salesman at that time of the purchase was this futon in-stock and that I was guaranteed it had been. Today I've visitors traveling directly into view me and that I don't have any visitor mattress since these idiots cannot tell, the reality to start with. What brings insult to damage along with all of this I named many times requesting a and am informed he's out ill and that I might anticipate a call-back, yes right! I am keeping my breath.
