On 09/08/07 we purchased a Couch/Loveseat (hvt #6735so/ls/621-11 scarlett. We also bought the Guarsman

Protection Program. We didn't get a backup of the however in the brochure it's phrased that the purchase is

Guarded for (5) years from day of delivery-we also submitted the state with Guardsman as needed. Your revenue

Advisor (Michelle Roberts) within the North Richland Hills shop informed us that people were guarded against something

With this specific strategy.

We submitted the state and Guardsman informs us this isn't protected within the strategy. The joints on both couch and loveseat are fraying and also the furniture is not used often. If anything can not be completed about that I'll never buy
