Don't waste your money

When requested to correct support and dress around couch, I had been informed they don't protect the caliber of the furnishings; only soils and spots. It was not what I had been informed after I purchased the guarantee. I had been informed when something occurred to it-they might restore or change the couch. Therefore when the furniture comes aside, it isn't protected. Exactly what a weight of GARBAGE! The couch was bought at Ashely Furniture. Why are they promoting this guarantee? I am confident they will have had grievances about this before. I wonder when the furniture business gets a slice of the guarantee expenses? Probably so.
