Poor service - Shan plush firm pillowtop

We ordered a bed from the sleep outfitters in the Morehead plaza in Kentucky and to summarize we got the wrong bed and tried to convey this and were treated horrible and told we had the right bed, well we had the bed the salesman ordered but we needed a dual comfort bed and got a firm bed... I wake up every morning in tears. This in not the bed we ordered
