Purchased a $2000 set from Sleep Outfitters and turned out it was used! They said it was an exchange a customer did and they gave me their old one! Wth! This ain't walmart! They said they would exchange it out but wanted to charge me $50!! I filed a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General... Beware!
