I requested and taken care of furnishings from eClick in April. Some came but 3 products did not. The things that did not appear found an overall total of £337.00. From April to March I chased up eClick for that furniture.in October I terminated the purchase and requested to get a return. Up to now I've created over 100 calls to eClick. Although they acknowledge a reimbursement is born, they often times guarantee to obtain a check delivered to me however the check never comes. They've had £337 of my cash for 12 months and that I have invested a lot of money on phone calls for this organization. I actually donot understand what otherwise I will do to create the corporation reimbursement the cash they've had from me for furniture they did not supply.

I will keep as much as 18 communications on voicemail or having a employee but no body actually returns my phone. Mark the Client Services Supervisor guaranteed hard he'd make certain a check went.
