RE: Order Quantity 13808
(1) I put this purchase (for 5 containers of Aramis Stimulating Body Wash, 177ml/6oz) on Feb 3.
(2) Via PayPal, NetStoreUSA (aka DirectDiscountUS) obtained complete cost for that purchase ($124.75) on a single time.
(3) On February 10, NetStoreUSA informed me by email the product was backordered: "We regret the products you requested are unavailable. We shall backorder for you personally for 28 times. When the products continue to be unavailable, we shall return entirely, or you might request an early on reimbursement if we've not effectively requested them whenever we obtain your request. Thanks for the tolerance." Observe that their concept particularly does a couple of things: Guarantees a "complete reimbursement" when the purchase CAn't be stuffed in 28 times; and encourages an early on refund request.
(4) On February 12, I delivered NetStoreUSA an email communication eliminating the purchase and seeking a complete refund. They dismissed this concept, neither responding to my termination message or refunding my income.
(5) On March 9, 28 times had approved since NetStoreUSAis email notice of the backorder status. Again, unlike their specific written guarantee of the "complete reimbursement" under these conditions, I've obtained no refund of any sort with no conversation from their website.
(6) On March 18, I delivered the next information to NetStoreUSA by email: "please be aware that I ended this purchase on Feb 12 (notice information below). Up to now, you've not returned the cash paid for you via PayPal on Feb 3. Return the full quantity of us$124.75 instantly, or i'll take appropriate legal activity. Jim Posakony."
(7) NetStoreUSA has neither returned my cash (their obvious legal responsibility) or conveyed with me by any means.
NetStoreUSA (aka DirectDiscountUS) is participating in deceptive and misleading business training, as well as their preservation of my cash amounts to robbery.
