We requested a desk from NFM so when the very first desk arrived they simply set it-up and did not start/shut the center item to determine if it worked. Once they quit we attempted it also it would not available or close-back up. Named NFM plus they said a technology might call in 7-10 times... Two weeks later we named NFM back and stated, we've no-call? They named the technology and also the technology informed them he spoke to us currently and anything was good??! Well that didnt occur. Therefore Our partner informed them to possess another technology call. 2 months next with no phone. He named NFM and informed them to simply deliver a brand new desk. They introduced that fourteen days later and exposed it and also the middle item exposed but would not shut completely when pressed together. There's a niche within the desk in regards to a half-inch. My husband named NFM and was like. Ok, WTH? I'd like a technology ahead out and repair that one. They stated they cannot assure he'll call-in 7-10 times but may place in the demand. Subsequently proceeded to claim with my Spouse they cannot manage something. Umm. Didnot we purchase this from NFM and today they've no control over their material? Uh. Weird. He spoke to some Supervisor also and he or she was completely pissy and not once apologized, stated she recognized our frustration. She simply kept showing my husband. "ARE YOU CURRENTLY COMPLETED, HAVE YOU BEEN COMPLETED, and so I MAY SPEAK?!" Exactly What The heck, toughest customer support, ACTUALLY! So. Our desk remains no longer working right plus they apparantly employ technologyis that rest and not call. I wont purchase from their website again... Actually.
