I actually donot actually understand where you can start... I purchased a sofa and love-seat collection from Price Town (Mich) in OCT!!! It's today September 24!!! After I first named in regards to a state (completely new chair), they named a technology from more than 100 kilometers away in the future into my house and clear my lounge. The spot didn't emerge of rough. All he did was apply some cleansing fluid about the pillows and water cleaned them. I named to notice the spot wasn't eliminated plus they (SS) stated the technology needs to be informed and emerge again. THAT NEVER HAPPENED! To begin with, in the first visit... The technology was frightening, came late as normal, and was there for around 10 units to wash the couch. Therefore, back to looking to get a second visit in the technology... I quit many communications without any call-back. Named SS to determine what is up. SS could not actually get ahold of the silly organization!!! I've lost track how often I've named the corporation. I still cannot think the corporation. However, the tale nevertheless remains...

I called to notice a brand new state (really, it had been exactly the same spot... Believed I really could get someplace together...). I questioned by whatis happening and such. They stated that because the tech didn't contact them or me back plus they have now been looking to get ahold of the technology, that they can matter a notice in my experience to get a new sofa. Yes right! I called about 2 months later to confirm the standing of this... They'd no report of anybody informing me in regards to a new sofa... Errrrrrr!!! Therefore, I aksed again exactly what the offer is... They stated that the tech didn't provide SS something report from my cleansing visit (he posted the incorrect statement) plus they have now been waiting to get it in the silly technology.

I am not starting depth about SS "supplying exceptional customer support"... I was actually scolded from the client service consultant!!! I'm like quitting, but after studying the rest of the reveiws, I am not too alone today! I actually donot understand what else to complete. The final customer support representative that I spoke to stated keep calling to allow them to maintain the document energetic and updated... Whatever. I simply need my chair set: (
