Rent A Center RAC, Ed ripoff dirty SOB's calling and harrassing people telling you that they are going to pick your stuff up

I have been with Rent-A-Center for a year. I hurt my back and was out of work for a week and on top of that my uncle had died. And I was a week late with my payment.

When I came in to pay my bill the manager Ed pulled me in his office along with my 2 kids and asked me what my problem was and why I was late I told him my situation and also let him know that I had called to let them know that I was going to be late. He told me that I needed to get my priorites straight and I told him I will pay my rent first cause me and my kids need a place to live he continued to talk to me like a was his child and was very rude.

This past yr I rented a "supposedly new bedroom set that is valued at 3,500 dollars when I got it it had DIRTY UNDERWEAR in one of the nightstands DISGUSTING!

I have been out of work on disability due to several surgeries and I have some serious illnesses going on so I'm not able to work right now. They constantly call the house 4 and 5 times a day, drive by everyday leaving notes on my door when my cousin is here caring for the kids, they get rude and smart with her. They constantly are calling and harrasing people telling you that they are going to pick your stuff up. Now if you have put a lot of money in that stuff that is a little annoying. They do not try to work with you at all!
