Recliner keeps breaking but store won't fix or replace

24 months before we purchased a couch from the nearby furniture business and we selected Street due to the manufacturer guarantee. A couple of days/months following the 12 months guarantee was up the couch smashed; items flew everywhere. Required it towards the shop and supervisor declined to displace but experimented with repair. Couch worked, but lay uneven and did not operate correctly. At year 2 it got apart again and certainly will not lie. We maintain our furniture coated therefore it still appears fresh. We have the seat ought to be changed.
