Poor quality furniture and unresolved issues

I requested business furniture from Havertyis 30 days before. Had furniture shipped also it required repairs. Planned something phone. They arrived and maynot fix the furniture. Had the file cabinet changed. The publications instances currently required fix. Required another visit. They arrived and within five minutes stated he couldn't do the repair alone and required another man to assist. Once more planned another support. Both repairmen arrived and when again couldn't resolve the furniture. Today will need to possess the middle bookcase changed and another shipping time put up. Five appointments later, the furniture continues to be not appropriate. Customer Support administrators are useless. I'll never purchase furniture from their website again and you will be confirming them towards the BBB. I am confident they wont pay me for that trouble they're creating me and my workplace. I'll took 6 holiday times out-of my routine to support their bad customer support. After I purchase so-call "quality" furniture, I anticipate it to become ideal upon shipping. I'll be informing family and friends not to purchase from their website.
