Poor service, rude reps and managers

This store gets the toughest income associates, asst. Supervisor, and store manager! Nobody cares about the client. They basically need to steal your cash. I purchased a bedroom set, they delivered the wrong one, after which tried to tell me it was my problem. I contended with the sales associate to be silly, suggested using the asst. Director for not caring how his customers are handled. And that i might have argued using the store director, but he does not return telephone calls and it is never at work. I don't reccoment this store to everyone, they've the worst worst worst customer assistance. I finally got help after i named the customer service 800-number... But evern after i named the 800-number i'd to undergo three individuals to get someone to hear. I've since stuffed a formal problem, and that i am which makes it our priorty to locate each online client compaint view.

Study from my error, don't look at this store... They lie, they do not care, they do not assist, and basically they attempt to steal your cash.
