I emailed on your website yesterday about an issue I had at this location. We were there and had a very rude employee at your photo center. You then simply forwarded that email to that store? Did you really think that was going to do anything or help in anyway? This store needs help. The Asst. Store Manager called my home today and she did not care one bit what was going on in that store. The whole time she was talking she was also doing something else you could tell she was not paying attention at all. She had no desire to help. She was simply making the call so that she could forward to you that it had been taken care of and the "customer is happy". Well that is not the case. The customer is not happy and the more I look into this and talk to people about it I see there are A LOT of people unhappy with this store. So maybe someone a little higher up then this store manager (if you can call them that) would like to act as if they care about the customers that keep them in business and get out from behind there desk and make a visit to this store and see for yourself how very bad it is and how much help it needs. We will see if this happens or anything else for that matter. Until then we will continue to spread the word WHEREVER we can online and with everybody around here who shop the store!
