Worst experience ever!

Don't store here! Atleast not the main one on 5th Ave

Earlier this weekend I visited the shop on 97 5th Avenue and experienced the worst experience ever. We'd horrible customer support but I chose to still purchase a set of shoes. Big mistake. The salesman was excessively rude so when I got house, there is just one boot within the container. Used to do not get annoyed since everybody makes errors. After I named the shop back, in the place of apologizing, the salesgirl charged me of attempting to grab just one boot. She was really bitchy and maintained saying she introduced me-both shoes. At every boot shop, the sales affiliate checks the container to ensure both sneakers have been in the container and therefore are the correct dimension. I had been getting really frustrated and questioned easily might return the boot and he or she stated that I really could not. I informed her used to do not enjoy her blaming me of taking. Easily desired to grab, I'd not need every detail of the deal plus one boot. 5 minutes later she discovered the boot and stated she'd out it on-hold.in most this time around, she never once apologized or accepted she was incorrect.

Overall, Aldo has absolutely dropped lots of clients since I absolutely have informed everybody to prevent buying there. Ideally they'll alter their customer support later on.
