Bought a double love-seat 7 mos. Before. I required an appt. Waited more than 2 days for that support technology. Well he arrived and also the visit lasted no more than 7 units, where I had been informed that it'd be another 4/5weeks for components and materials. I quit each day of function simply to be informed delay again. My appt. Was to get a service technology, not really a work restoration estimate. The caliber of this product is bad, and that I;m scared that after this fix is performed another reclining system will have to be fixed, with the waitng my guarantee possibly be void. And to consider I quit a completely EXCELLENT couch for this!!! Thanks alot, following this is repaire9I Wish) I;ll prepare yourself for another couch, ALTHOUGH NOT HERE!!
