Won't stand behind their warranty

I bought a Klaussner couch and love-seat equally lie about the stops. The plastic launch about the love-seat which allows the love-seat to lie smashed down in my own hand. Besides searching terrible I can't obtain the love-seat to lie with no plastic launch. I bought both products at Gordon Furnishings, Berlin, Nj. Gordon Furniture has gone out of business. I named Klaussner and maynot obtain a genuine individual for over three months.

I eventually could keep in touch with their consultant, Brenda. She questioned me easily had the sequential number and that I could provide that data to Brenda. Brenda called me back and explained she'd to check on together with her boss but might attempt to possess a technology substitute the damaged component and connect the wire that evidently isn't any longer linked. Brenda called me again. This time around she explained her boss okay'd Klaussner spending money on a technology to to repair the love-seat. Within 10 units Brenda named me again as though she never talked in my experience. She subsequently informed me she forgot she currently called me.
