The toughest encounter ever! We purchased a little sectional w / a chaise but was shipped w/e the chaise. Evidently the salesperson forgot to-order that item and it'd consider another monthapproximately to obtain it. The salesperson did acknowledge to her error and apologized and stated she will place a hurry for that missing item. Next, we purchased another bigger sectional. Your day before it had been said to be shipped we obtained a phone stating the produce delivered the incorrect item and they could not provide them. He stated he'll place the purchase in again and provide would be the just like if we simply place in the purchase today (another 4-12 months delay). He explained he may allow our salesperson learn about the problem. Therefore we thought I would obtain a phone in the salesperson, but we did not. We were irritated as no body from Belfort revenue named to recognize the issue or provide to place a hurry about the purchase and sometimes even supply us a loaner (we shifted right into a new home and we've NO furniture) or provide the components which were in. It was the 2nd purchase Belfort all messed up and we were receiving less individual. Therefore, we attempted to stop our purchase because they simply do not appear qualified... Esp.
