Poor delivery and customer service!

We've looked twice with Hand Furniture and also have had two terrible shipping/customer support encounters together.in January we bought a sectional couch for the recreation space. It had been shipped as planned, but many times after delivery-we observed a 1/8 inch slit within the substance addressing among the hands of 1 of the sectional items. It appeared as if a razorblade slit. We named Hand plus they were suspicious of one's state, stating that people should not have approved the furniture upon shipping using the issue. After I described that the driver was in a rush to obtain me to signal and that he offered me-only a general study of the couch, they stated that their owners/shipping everyone was usually respectful and would not do this. She pile determined that there is nothing they might do and stated the slit was triggered after shipping, therefore it wasn't their issue. I expected on her supervisor and his perspective was exactly the same. He'd not move. I named our salesperson and he or she guaranteed to look after it. A couple of hours later exactly the same customer support supervisor named back and stated, "We Will provide you with the advantage of the question and substitute the item". They did substitute the cost as guaranteed, but this kind of perspective created us feel just like we were inconveniencing them. An email towards the organization leader went unanswered

Today, here we're, annually afterwards (Feb), looking for a brand new box-spring and bed. Fourteen days before Fingertips has excellent rates on beds so we chose to provide them with another opportunity. We discovered a box-spring and bed that people truly preferred which was an excellent cost so we chose to create the purchase. We informed our salesperson by what occurred in January and he mentioned our issues and guaranteed this period it'd differ.

The shipping was the next Saturday. They turned up 10 minutes early, nevertheless when these were set-to consider the brand new bed off the vehicle they unearthed that the plastic covering guarding the bed had somehow split-open the bed was filthy. From the 10:30pm they'dnot shipped so we visited sleep. 24 hours later, mad together, we named to stop the purchase. The following evening, while driving home I acquired a my mobile phone in one their motorists stating he was fifteen minutes from my home! I suppose this demonstrated the old adage, "Fool me once, disgrace you, trick me twice, disgrace on me!" we shall never again fixed base in another of their shops!
