Worst customer service

Long story short needed to wait 2 weeks to get a couch, then after damaging a coffeetable and 2 end platforms over a-7 month time (return after return was broken) rude sooooooo rude managing me enjoy it was my problem, and so i stated i'll keep the talbes oh how much is my credit??? The guy gets pissed off and said properly youve been flaged and cant store here any morex!!! Xxxxx idiot can you believe that his name was dale... Nicely i am going to try and sue them and go to court...
