Fail to delive

On June 16 I purchased a leather sofa at TREASURES FURNITURE ORDER # TSDORD10015043, AND PAID A DEPOSIT OF $3,942.41.

The delivery dates are based on best estimates quoted by the manufacturer, which Treasures Furniture states on my sales order form is 14 to 16 weeks.

I have seen no progress on their part As of today's date January 9, (about 31 weeks) and after the several phone calls that I made over the past several months to contact Lucy St. James, in addition to the Manager of Treasures Furniture neither have taken any action to satisfy my questions of availability of the order, or how much longer its going to take before actual delivery.

I ask that this situation be investigated. Thank you for taking care of this matter.
