Poor Quality and service

I vistied the Jennifer one-hour after my sleeper couch was sent to protest about 4 problems. One the speical bed i paid additional for was dirty and printer throughout it, bent and never recoverable, spring to mattress not callibrated to put smooth and finally the chair pillows don't fall into line using the back of the couch, there's a large space. They advised me in the shop they'd possess a tehnician phone me... No body actually did and also the salesman was more thinking about promoting the following individual... His terms " there's nothing more I will do for you personally"... I CEASED COST and threatening the press. Iwant the chair from my house
