Ripoff

I purchased a reclining love seat and sleeper sofa from the Jennifer COnvertible store on Northern Blvd.in Manhasset. THe loveseat and sleeper sofa do not match. Sleeper sofa is not black and the leather is different. The general manager of Jennifer convertible and the salesman will not do anything to rectify the situation, even though there technician filled a report stating that the couch did not match he recommended a new one. Jennifer has not done anything to help us. WE are taking them to the Better Business Bureau, Small Claims Court, and the TV Action Report to try to get some kind of satisfaction.

I will encourage anyone I know NOT to purchase anything from Jennifer Convertibles. They are a shady bunch of underhanded people who do not stand behind their merchandise.
