Terrible service/poor quality

I'd a room collection shipped for my child, though we didn't spend alot, we didn't anticipate excellent quality but anything good till she's older, then we would purchase a quality - long haul furniture. Well child did we create a error in purchasing from Bobis. We'd to truly have the unique collection delivered due to break, lacerations and imperfections. The 2nd collection was slighltly better using the exclusion of the bureau, and also the next dresser was damaged directly after we were informed the supervisor may examine this before it's sent. Exactly what a frustration - the very first time they provided a $50 store credit - exactly what a laugh. Never again!
