Poor Customer Relations and Very Poor Quality Furniture

I bought a family room set along with a home collection. The family room collection arrived in and that I discovered a men's nose hair trimmer within the sofa. After further examination I came across a myriad of dust (food, hair, etc) within the breaks of the furniture. It was suppsose to become FRESH furniture. As it happens they declare it had been the ground design. Your kitchen collection seats have now been delivered twice because of lacerations and scratches and general bad condition. Additionally they shake whenever you lay on them. I'll never get furniture out of this organization again, and that I recommend you-go elsewhere for the purchase. Leaqrn from my experience.
