356.27 within the quantity of $1, I paid money to get a leather couch on may fifth and set up shipping for may 30.in a hurry the deliverymen were clearly about the evening of shipping and jilted my doorway on the road in with my couch, making my prime lock ineffective. The couch itself was cut using the metal system protruding in the reclining area. This triggered the rear of the couch to become alighned improperly by approximately 5". Jane named the shop and guaranteed me a brand new couch the shop manager. Shipping was set up for july 21st. I waited in on july 21st simply to discover our the vehicle with my couch have been impounded for outstanding tickets. I subsequently needed to have a 3rd day-off focus on july 28th. I named the showroom before to ensure as my building has limitations that my couch could be shipped before 5pm. Until 5pm and also the vehicle was a no-show I waited in most evening. I named the area supervisor, eileen gale exactly the same evening (july 28th). He returned in my experience nowadays, september 10th. I've been informed that I delay 2 weeks to get a reimbursement, despite the fact that I paid money or will delay in 5 hours! I can't have a 4th day-off function or may I lay on a ground for just two months to hold back on my reimbursement to get the full time to look for another couch.

Jennifer Convertible doesn't have quality assurance examination on imported products meaning the item is placed on a ship from asia or wherever and delivered to NJ without actually being exposed and examined! So nobody could be held responsible for the most popular shipping problems the shipping organization is just a separate entitiy from Jennifer Convertible
