Walmart sold me an item but only sent me 1 box of 2 - Graco Lauren Crib N Changer combo

Walmart sold me the Graco Lauren Crib N Changer combo i also bought a sealy mattress for it. After purchasing online my husband went to pick it up they have us 2 boxes, one was the mattress the other was box 1 for the crib, after calling in 4 times (we were told before by prior agents to first call the manufacturer, then the next agent said it would be escalated and they may or may not call us back) we finally had an agent who tracked it down, said it was at our local Walmart and we could pick it up, we drive out again with the confirmation number and an associate id number. Of course the local store harasses us claiming we left with 2 boxes (obviously they couldn't see the items on the receipt were two separate items) so then a manager comes she looks at our confirmation number and associate Id and tells us those numbers can't be found. We get home and call again, the lady on the phone, with an attitude says we have to wait 5 business days for a response, after waiting 2 weeks. Now I just got an email in and it tells me I have to box up the crib we started to assemble, ship it back and reorder, they said it was an issue with the online site, went to reorder and the price is now nearly $150 more. They refuse to value the products price as they advertised. What a hassle and a complete unprofessional service offered. Shame on Walmart. I'm still waitin on the box 2 of 2 that I purchased from you.
