Horrible customer service! - Example: TheDelta Enchanted Princess crib & dresser product name of washing machine

My luck hasn't been the best. I'm beyond stressed out!!! I 1st went to the store to purchase crib & dresser to find out they're out of stock. Then ordered it online. The fist crib & dresser I ordered had to be returned. They delivered the crib & it was damaged shipped it back that same day next day we recieved the dresser. Been calling Babies R US the past 2 weeks to have different excuses of why I haven't recieved the new crib to find out yesterday that they're totally out of stock. I'm beyond furious at that point. I went like a mad pregnant women to look for another baby crib & chainging table yesterday found one, started to assemble it today to find out that the changer table is missing an important part. What a CRAZY experience. Hope nobody will have to go through this. I can't wait to have all this stress behind me. PLEASE think before purchasing anything from this store. It's not the 1st bad experience.
