Lifetime Battery Replacement Refused on 18 Volt Tool Kit

I purchased an 18 volt ridged tool kit and was promised at the time of purchase that all I had to do was bring in my receipt and the bad battery and it would be replaced. Well, that will never happen at the Kohler, WI store. I was told no way there.

Then I tried to contact the corporate people, but they blew me off. So they have my bad battery and I never got a replacement.

Don't be fooled by Home Depot's promises.
