Last December, I ordered flowers to be delivered to an elderly lady. The flowers were delivered on 12/14/07 and she died on 13/04/07. I learned of that on 12/18/07 and sent an e-mail to the company asking it where did the flowers go if the lady died. They said they would not charge me. Nearly 9 months later, I have been plagued by Bill Me Later that wants me to pay for the flowers.Pro flowers never contacted Bill me later to cancel that charge. The charge is now more than $400.00 due to "SERVICE CHARGES" entered by bill me later. ProFlowers has been contacted over and over again and they have done nothing
