I ordered something online 3 days ago. I received my tracking number and the order number. I called to target and spoke with their representative and wanting to know who delivers my item. The gentle man told me he isn't sure but he gave me the usps website and for me to check the next 24 hours because it hasn't been ship yet. I waited until the next day and i tried to track it but it keeps giving me an error. So i decided to call back to target so they can track it for me. I told them about my problems and about not being able to track it. However the gentle man told me that it still hasn't been ship thats why. He wasn't able to tell me where and who delivers it. Later that same day i came home from work and one of my family member told me that they got my package just an hour ago. I was upset because if no one was home then i wouldn't know about it and i don't even know who deliver it. I think their shipment is really unorganzied and not professional. The receptionist is not even able to track it. Which it makes no sense to lie that my item hasn't been ship but it arrived to my house that day. I am never going to buy anything online with target again.
