I have had a target card since 1994. Never been late on a payment and have always paid my balance off. I owe them nothing at this time my limit has always been $1000.00 now they say i can only do 200.00 because i have not used my card for 9 months. Please tell me what is going on. I was going to spend 594.00 or so answer this questuion for me now!!! Why???
