Bertolli Shrimp, Asparagus & Penne

We bought a freezing bundle of Bertolli Shrimp, Asparagus & Penne at our regional sequence supermarket, introduced it house and instantly attempted to prepare it. Because The seal hadn't been interfered with, I'd suppose the bundle quit Bertolli within this situation with a bit of obvious recording since the dubious seal. Are Bertolli's safety and health requirements truly that reduced? This isn't a suitable method to close packed food.
