Day of July 4 about 8:10A.M. Visited the drive-in screen and requested the next: one little red juice, one moderate red juice, one big caffeine and 2 chicken and cookies. The girl mentioned anything apart from what I stated and that I repeated my purchase. She questioned basically needed the combination. I inquired what that required and he or she stated beverage, tater tots and cookie. I told her certain. I wrote my look for $7.78 and offered towards the lady in the screen and he or she passed the beverages, a document bedroom along with a plastic case. I passed them to my 15-year old daughter which was with me and went down. Our granddaught got annoyed and stated there is gravy on her pants. I appeared and also the base of the plastic carrier was saturated in gravy. I've been provided a cookie and gravy. The report bag had the tater tots. I returned towards the screen and informed the woman this isn't what I requested, that I'd ordered and informed her again. She stated no-you requested several two. I mentioned used to do not, I requested and repeated my purchase. I had been not fussing concerning the gravy being within the base of the bag or on my daughter, I merely needed what I'd requested. I passed her the plastic sack and questioned if she desired the paper bag. She stated NO! She returned with my purchase and that I questioned easily owed her any factor and he or she explained NO! Just go! I understand that individuals have poor times and he or she might have simply gotten chewed out—I actually donot understand nevertheless when I buy anything I'd like what I buy with no attitude once they would be the types that created the error. I was not actually annoyed. Katy bar the doorway had I been angry. Bless her heart if she's likely to use the general public she will need learning just how to achieve this. Am I going to quit likely to Braums? Not until I get another worker having a horrible attitude. I love having the ability to proceed in and obtain fruit, beef, dairy along with other milk products.
