Poor customer service!

On Wednesday, May 9, I got my two kids in to the cafe about the part of Thompson Street and Nolensville Road in Nashville, TN. It had been around 9:45pm. Our youngest boy, 11 years. Previous, needed a # 3 (10 burgers, 2 chips, and 2 beverages), but he desired to substitute among the fries having a bit of poultry along with a cookie. While he was informed he could not try this, he requested to get a #3, and likewise to that particular, he desired the bit of poultry a cookie. Our oldest boy, 17 years. Previous, needed a Number 1 (4 burgers, 1 cook, along with a beverage). I expected to get a # 6 (3 bits of poultry, a cookie, a-side product, along with a beverage). The individual getting the purchase Number 1 didnot replicate the purchase back, Number 2 didnot provide us enough cups, and Number 3 just offered my youngest boy the bit of poultry and cookie. After I stated the error, some woman emerged to ring up another area of the purchase. I stated that used to donot believe I ought to need to purchase it because it was the cashier's error. She replied by stating, "you believe you need to understand this free?", and that I stated that I thought I ought to. She stated, in a good tone, "I actually donot believe so." I stated that atleast I ought to obtain a discount, but she never gave me one. I believe when the cashier experienced repeated back the purchase, the error would not have occurred.
