Ug in burrito, awful manage

Requested an egg and cheese breakfast burrito without any beef. Came home, examined to ensure no meat was inside it and found a pest! Called to speak to director who had been rude and accused me of putting it inside myself. He then went so far as to express "properly we do possess a large amount of insects traveling around here maybe one arrived onto it". Essentially did nothing! I delivered my husband back before they closed and he'd to beg for a reimbursement. No apology or refund was provided originally. I told him to possess general store manager to call me in the morining.
